So as of course life always happens, when your son or your wife really gets sick it always winds up being 11 or 12 o’clock at night on a Friday or Saturday evening, so of course you can’t just go to the doctor’s office anymore, you have to go to the ER and luckily we now have Five Star ER here in Dripping Springs, so we don’t have to drive all the way into Austin.
The service we received while we were there was fabulous and everyone was attentive, very helpful and pleasant and great to get along with but what really surprised me was the service we got after we had been in there. After 24 hour to 48 hours later we started getting phone calls from Five Star ER and we actually ducked the first couple of them, probably were kind of figuring what are they asking us about. We paid our deductible while there. We couldn’t figure out what else they needed to ask us about. When we finally did pick up one of their calls we found out they were just calling us to make sure my wife and son were OK and to make sure everything was good with them and to see if there was anything they could do to help us.
In my mind, that is far better and more superior than any experience I have had with any other doctor, emergency room or hospital. It certainly shows how Five Star ER goes above and beyond as far as providing services to us.
